Doctor Norman Brandon was born in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, and immediately displayed a curiosity for how things worked; exploring everything he could get his hands on. As he grew up, his curiosity became more focused and he realized that he was ultimately most fascinated by the eye. Before he graduated high school he had set his sights on a future in optometry and has never regretted that early decision.
Dr. Danielle Seddio is excited to be a part of the Brandon Eyes team and help provide high-quality eye care to patients in the Madison area. Dr. Seddio grew up in Southern Illinois, in the greater St. Louis area. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology in 2007. She then traveled to Memphis, TN to study at the Southern College of Optometry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2011.
Dr. Madeleine Hacker grew up in a suburb of Milwaukee and later attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She had considered various paths including medical school and pursuing a Ph.D. in genetics. However, after a classmate of hers introduced her to the idea of optometry school she never looked back.

Very welcoming staff, charming atmosphere and an overall easy experience! Glad I chose this location. They also have an outstanding selection of unisex glasses and make checkout painless

All members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The optometrist was professional and far more personable than the two previous optometrists I had (in another state). The office staff was attentive, but gave me plenty of time to browse the frame selections and answer questions. New patient information was gathered in advance via e-mail. Brandon Eyes is a place that treats you as a client they want to keep, not a come-and-go customer they need to “process” as quickly as possible.

Dr. Brandon is super detailed in his analysis of data gathered during visit. He seems genuinely excited about Optometry. He is well informed of new science and the unmet needs of patients. He is knowledgeable about my insurance and what is available to me, which has always been a gap…Usually the Optometrist has no idea what’s covered under your insurance and you have to wait until you get to the receptionist and sometimes they make you research it yourself. I have had glasses since 4th grade and Dr. Brandon is the BEST
